The Adroita Center for Clinical Psychiatric Neuroscience believes that better understanding leads to better care and better outcomes.  We realize that when one individual suffers from a Mental Health Disorder or an Addiction, it affects the entire family.  We encourage our patients to bring family or care takers to their appointments so that their loved ones can be educated on what causes specific conditions as well as what type of treatments work best and why.

What type of Insurance policies are accepted at Adroita Center for Clinical Psychiatric Neuroscience?

We accept most private insurance and Medicare. To ensure that you have behavioral health benefits, please contact a customer service representative at the number located on the back of your insurance card prior to your appointment. If you do not have insurance but like to meet our consultant. What to do?

You still can get care at Adroita Center for Clinical Psychiatric Neuroscience. We accept self-pay patients. Please call our office and get all the information you need to make the right choice. We strongly encourage you to do your own research to compare our fee schedule and make an informed choice.

Each patient’s treatment plan is customized and the physician can prepare a specific schedule as well as include the corresponding fees for each visit.  Payment for each visit is due prior to seeing the doctor.

How should you prepare for your initial appointment at Adroita Center for Clinical Psychiatric Neuroscience?

We encourage our patients to bring family or care takers to their appointments so that their loved ones can be educated on what causes specific conditions as well as what type of treatments work best and why.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the New Patient Packet forms. In order to save time, you have the option to fill them out ahead of your appointment by visiting our patient portal.

General Registration Process:

  • Please remember to bring your valid driver’s license or official state I.D. along with your current insurance card. We require this information to authenticate your identity and to keep on file for insurance claims. Any co-pays due for a specialty visit are collected at this time.
  • Once you have completed the forms. Patients will be seen by our consultant for comprehensive psychiatric assessment.

Comprehensive Assessment Process:

Initial Assessment will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that can take roughly 30 – 45 minutes.
